Denver Urban Gardens Worm Bin Event - 10.17.2026 @ 10:00AM-12:00PM

For people who will be in or around Denver in mid-October, Denver Urban Gardens is holding a free event: Wiggly Worms: Make & Take Worm Bin, where participants will learn about how worms process food waste into compost and learn how to care for a worm bin that they can bring home.

With everything going on in the world, reusing food waste and getting worms to convert it into fertilizer that doesn't need to be shipped from overseas is a great family activity and a great way to teach kids about caring for living creatures.

Front Range friends who are worm curious, don't miss out!
